Shop Policies

Returns:

You may return most items sold within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus the cost of shipping. I will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of error. Please note that I am unable to exchange items. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact me via Etsy.

All returns require authorization. I cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
- Sale or Closeout Merchandise.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

Shipping:

All orders ship will ship within 72 hours of purchase unless otherwise specified. Domestic orders will be shipped Priority Mail via USPS. International orders will be shipped Air Mail via USPS. All shipping costs include a delivery confirmation number. Confirmation numbers will be e-mailed once the order has been shipped along with a tracking number.

Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery. I am not responsible for lost or stolen items.

International customers are responsible for any additional taxes or fees associated with importing the items.
